What's New in Version 2.4
|
As always, the annual update incorporates the recent changes in the law. Notably
this year you will find the new law related to sex registration (PC 290).
Also in this release we have made it nearly impossible to miscalculate a gang enhancement.
The software automatically determines the appropriate subdivision of the gang enhancement
statute, PC 186.22(b), based upon the crime which it is associated with. Furthermore,
we have added the most recent case law applicable to this complex area of law.
