Known Issues
|
|
|
|
The changes to California Penal Code section 4019 which go into effect on
January 25, 2010 and entitle the defendant, in some cases, to 50% custody
credit will be implemented in the 2010 CrimeTime update. Be aware that
until you have received and installed the 2010 CrimeTime update, the software
will be calculating custody credits under the 2009 law.
